Hi I'm Amber, Owner of The Fuel Locker. I'm a qualified sports nutritionist.
I'm here to help people struggling with their diet reach their goals!

What is Nutrition Coaching?
The main purpose of online coaching is for accountability. We can all struggle to stick to habits and reach our goals. Coaching can provide the structure and knowledge to help you achieve your goal.
Personalised Nutrition Coaching and Plans

During the initial consultation, we will focus on your goals and really refine what you want to achieve.
We will look at how you normally eat, and other factors that can effect eating behaviour.
From there I can create a personal food plan and specific dietary advise.
We will have weekly check-in (via Whatsapp or zoom call) to assess your progress giving you the support and encouragement to combat any challenges you may be facing.
